The objective of this article is to contribute to the academic and managerial debate on the issue of the impact of adopting an ICT strategy in improving organizational performance by presenting a theoretical model of Moroccan companies that highlights this relationship. To this end, a review of the state of the art allowed us to choose the most appropriate approaches to operationalize the theoretical constructs of our synthetic model. Then, we tested our theoretical model of structural equations developed from the literature review by confronting it with the data of an empirical study on Moroccan Large and Medium companies (LMC). The tool used during this study for data collection is the questionnaire. As for the validity and reliability analyses of the measurements of each of the theoretical dimensions of the research model, we used confirmatory factor analyses (CFA) using AMOS.
The results of structural equation modeling show that ICT strategies such as practicing technology monitoring or implementing ICT architecture alone can increase organizational performance.
